Cambridge Journal Press provides professional editorial, peer review, and publication support services. While we strive for the highest quality, the final decision on publication rests with our editorial boards and peer reviewers.

• All submissions must be original research.
• Authors are responsible for the accuracy of their data.
• Service timelines are estimates and may vary based on reviewer availability.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, authors retain the copyright to their research while granting Cambridge Journal Press a license to publish and disseminate the work. Our platform's UI, logos, and proprietary systems are the intellectual property of Cambridge Journal Press.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user or author, you agree not to:

• Submit plagiarized or previously published content.
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to bypass our security or peer review systems.

5. Fees & Payments

Article Processing Charges (APC) and other service fees must be paid according to the pricing tier selected. Refunds are generally not provided once the editorial or peer review process has commenced.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cambridge Journal Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the international laws of scholarly publication and academic ethics.
